I am passionate about understanding, accepting, and empathyzing with my clients. I approach therapy holistically, which encompasses spirit, body, and mind.  Clients have shared that my counseling techniques have made them to feel understood and accepted, have helped them to understand where personal struggles and issues stem from, and have allowed them to see how family and upbringing contribute to behavior patterns.

Clients have commented that they have been given tools to change from negative to positive thought patterns, have been encouraged to grow in their spirituality, have been able to manage conflict and adversity more effectively, and have been given tools to relieve panic and stress.

Because of my personal life experience and experience and working with various organizations and populations of physical, mental, psychological abuse, clients speak about being able to heal from traumatizing experiences, have been able to understand self-truths to increase self-esteem, have been able to fluorish and to prosper in relationships, and have been able to effectively create lasting growth and change in their lives.
